About Uprise Roofing – the people you’re trusting with your roof

When you hire a roofer, you’re not just buying tiles, felt or rubber – you’re trusting a team with your home, your safety and your money.

You want to know who will be on your roof, whether they’ll explain what they find clearly, whether they are properly insured and whether they’ll still answer the phone if something needs attention later.

This page is here to show you who’s behind Uprise Roofing and how we approach the work.

Uprise Roofing work in Bromley

Who we are

Uprise Roofing is a family-run roofing company based in Bromley, working across Bromley, nearby South East London and Kent.

Our work covers small leak repairs and emergency make-safe jobs, pitched and flat roof replacements, roofs for extensions and new builds, fascias, soffits and gutters, plus chimney repairs, leadwork, slating and tiling.

We’ve built the business around being local, straightforward and accountable rather than operating like a call centre or anonymous national contractor.

What we believe

1. Straight answers beat sales patter

If a sensible repair will do, we’ll tell you. If replacement is the only option that makes financial sense, we’ll show you why.

2. Evidence, not guesswork

We take clear photos and video of what we find and use drone inspections where they help us inspect high, awkward or fragile areas safely. We then walk you through the evidence in plain English.

3. Long-term fixes, not quick bodges

We’d rather find the root cause of a leak, explain whether a repair is temporary or long-term, and make sure you understand the likely lifespan of each option.

The kind of work we do every day

  • New roofs & replacements – pitched roofs in tiles or slates, flat roofs in felt, EPDM and GRP, and roofs for extensions and new builds
  • Roof repairs & leaks – storm damage, slipped tiles or slates, failing valleys, leaking flashings and flat roof faults
  • Flat roofing – from leak investigation to full warm-roof upgrades
  • Fascias, soffits & gutters – repairs and replacements to keep water moving correctly
  • Chimneys, leadwork & detailing – weathering the difficult junctions properly

We also help with documentation for insurance claims after storms or impact damage, including photos, written findings and itemised quotations.

Local, family-run and easy to deal with

Our name and reputation matter because we live and work locally. We aim to turn up when we say we will, work cleanly around your home, explain issues without jargon and do the work we have agreed at the price quoted.

A lot of roofing anxiety comes from not knowing what is happening above your head. Our job is to remove as much of that uncertainty as possible.

Where we work

We’re based in Bromley (BR1) and most of our work is in and around Bromley, Beckenham, West Wickham, Shortlands, Hayes, Keston, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst and nearby areas across the South East London/Kent border.

Not sure whether you’re in our patch? Send us your postcode and we’ll tell you.

What to expect when you contact us

1. You tell us what’s going on

Describe the leak, damp patch, failed flat roof, tired tiles or planned project in your own words. Photos help but aren’t essential.

2. We suggest the right next step

That might be an emergency visit, targeted repair, full roof inspection or a quote visit for planned work.

3. We survey and show you the evidence

We inspect the roof, take photos or video and explain what we’ve found, including repair-versus-replace options where relevant.

4. You receive a clear, written quote

Itemised, with assumptions and options clearly explained.

5. You decide in your own time

No “today only” discounts or pressure tactics. If you want to go ahead, you tell us and we book the work.

Are we the right roofer for you?

We’re usually a good fit if you want honest, evidence-based advice, clear explanations and photos, long-term value and a local family-run business that lives on its reputation.
